Because each order is made and handled with care, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds for sizing, preference, or change of mind.

However, if something isn’t right, we’ll take care of you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll review it and make it right with a replacement.

Sizing Help

Order Changes
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order is placed.
